like a lot of academics (Fred Jameson, Habermas, etc.) Haraway has an ‘unusual’ way of speaking (i.e. you need a PhD to understand them!) but her ideas are brilliant. she’s basically interested in questioning the artifical boundaries set up to distinguish between men/women, human/nonhuman. she’s a leading thinker of our times.
