    Canadians do not know how to protest! The government should be afraid of the people, take Quebec for example, there is a reason why they have had a freeze for over 30 yrs, there is a reason why in France Post secondary education is free!

    quebec in general has the best social programs. but also the heaviest tax rates to support that level of funding.
    one could make the point that the quebec system is more progressive in that manner regarding schooling since you wouldn’t really pay this enormous tax until you make income.
